Have only been using Follow Up Then today but already it's great!

A simple service whereby you CC or BCC the service to follow up on
your email conversation.

For example, the sender says they'll have an update in a few days... I
simply reply saying "great, speak then" and CC
"2days@followupthen.com"

Two days later both I and the sender get a reminder to follow up on
the email conversation (optionally the reminder can be sent just to
me).

It's so simple and effective = it works. Currently it is free. So go
give it a try :)
