FollowUpThen - A great email reminder service...
Have only been using Follow Up Then today but already it's great! A simple service whereby you CC or BCC the service to follow up on
your email conversation. For example, the sender says they'll have an update in a few days... I
simply reply saying "great, speak then" and CC
"2days@followupthen.com" Two days later both I and the sender get a reminder to follow up on
the email conversation (optionally the reminder can be sent just to
me). It's so simple and effective = it works. Currently it is free. So go
give it a try :) Here's their intro video:

Traveling is easier with a concierge
I'm going away next week in the UK and where we're staying they have a
concierge service. I've never really used them before (concierge) but
now that I am I don't think I can go without again. It's been so easy to simply mail a request and know that within 24hrs
it has been taken care of. It makes everything about the trip that
much easier as I know I can just arrive now and everything will have
been taken care of and will continue to be whilst I'm there. This has been especially handy traveling with a baby as the concierge
has helped with babysitters etc. Looking forward to the break away even more now :) The place is http://www.naturalretreats.com/

Twitter for iPhone needs the pull to reveal conversation thread
